Terms

These terms apply to Daisuke Bear Work & Life Assistant (BMA), operated by Sign High Pty Ltd (ABN 88 664 867 261).

Australian Consumer Law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The product

The product is an Apple-silicon Mac application for macOS 14 or later. The current installer appears on your Mac as “Business Message Assistant Beta.” Daisuke Bear Work & Life Assistant (BMA) is the public product name. The software assists with organising information and preparing actions; it does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

Membership and renewal

The membership price is A$19.95 per month. No GST is currently charged. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. A failed payment may enter a 7-day recovery period before ordinary app operation is locked.

DBT Credits

An active membership includes 100 DBT Credits that refresh weekly, are used before purchased credits and do not roll over. Optional top-ups are A$5 for 100 credits, A$10 for 220 credits and A$20 for 500 credits. Purchased credits do not expire while the associated account is retained. Automatic top-up is off by default. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Running out of credits pauses requested AI assistance but does not by itself end an otherwise active membership.

Access when membership ends

When membership expires, ordinary app and AI operation locks. Renew, subscription status, export, delete and help functions remain available. A signed entitlement cache may permit up to 72 hours of offline operation, but never beyond the applicable paid or recovery boundary.

Your responsibilities

Use the product lawfully and only with information you are authorised to access.
Review AI-generated suggestions before relying on or sending them.
Keep activation codes, device credentials and exported data secure.
Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, credits, device limits or security controls.
Maintain backups appropriate for your local information.

AI and third-party services

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice. Stripe, OpenAI, Apple and optional Tailscale services are governed by their own terms. Apple does not sponsor, endorse or approve this independent product.

Updates and availability

We may provide security, compatibility and feature updates. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, legal compliance or serious misuse. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or networks outside our reasonable control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach. Where the Australian Consumer Law permits a remedy to be limited, we may limit it to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it.
