This draft explains the intended privacy approach for Daisuke Bear — Work & Life Assistant. It must be verified against the final product and reviewed before publication.

Who we are

Daisuke Bear Tech is a business name of Sign High Pty Ltd. The final policy will include the company’s verified ABN, business address and privacy contact email.

Information handled on your Mac

The application is designed to keep Messages, email, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, recordings and local transcription data on the customer’s Mac wherever practical. The final policy will describe exactly what is read, stored and retained.

Deliberately requested AI assistance

Only content a customer deliberately submits for an AI-assisted action is intended to be sent to the Daisuke Bear AI service. The final policy must identify every service provider, processing location, retention setting and safeguard before launch.

Accounts, payments and support

Account identity, subscription status, device activation, DBT Credit transactions, invoices and support communications may be processed by hosted services. Payment-card details should be handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored by Daisuke Bear.

Remote access

Initial optional iPhone access uses the separate Tailscale companion app. Customers should review Tailscale’s own privacy information. Daisuke Bear does not currently include a native VPN.

Your choices and requests

The final policy will explain how to request access or correction, ask a privacy question, make a complaint, disconnect a device and delete eligible hosted account information. Local application data must be managed separately on the customer’s Mac.
