Compatibility

The current release requires an Apple-silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. It is distributed directly by Daisuke Bear as an Apple-notarized installer. It is not an App Store product and Apple does not sponsor or endorse it.

Before contacting us

• Open the app again and check the status shown in Settings.
• Confirm the requested Messages, Mail, Calendar or Contacts permission remains enabled in macOS Settings.
• Use the in-app refresh or sync control once and allow it to finish.
• For billing, use the subscription status or billing portal control inside the app.
• For remote iPhone access, confirm both the Mac and iPhone remain connected through Tailscale.

What to include

Tell us your macOS version, app version, the screen or action involved and the exact non-secret error text. Screenshots are useful only after private messages, emails, account details, activation codes and payment information have been removed.

Local data and exports

The local-data export is a ZIP archive containing a readable sanitized SQLite database, CSV files and a README. CSV files open in Numbers or Excel. SQLite files require a database viewer. Exports may contain private communications; store and share them carefully.

Security reports

Report suspected security issues privately to the support address. Do not publish customer information, secrets or working exploitation details.
